Blue Skies Massage Therapy is looking for a skilled and caring Massage Therapist (Independent Contractor) to join our thriving, busy wellness practice. About the Role:
We’re seeking a therapist who is dependable, professional, and client-focused. You’ll have the opportunity to provide quality bodywork for a wide range of clients in a practice with strong, steady demand. Scheduling will be managed through our online booking system, with set availability Thursday through Sunday (exact hours can be flexible, but some consistency is needed for clients).
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs
- Offer a warm, professional experience from start to finish
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Keep our treatment space clean, welcoming, and ready for use
- Use our online scheduling system and maintain agreed-upon set hours
Requirements:
- Current state massage therapy license (and liability insurance)
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills:
- Training in a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, sports, prenatal, or relaxation massage
- Experience working with a wide range of clients (stress relief, pain management, general wellness)
Compensation & Benefits:
- 60/40 commission split (therapist retains 60%)
