Full Time Sales Associate
Red Rock Flooring Designs specializes in high-end commercial and residential construction and remodeling projects where quality and service counts. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to learn construction project management and be exposed to sales and design.
We are looking for a result-driven Associate who is able to roll-up their sleeves and help across our office demands including: invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, vendor management and maintaining our store’s visual appearance. This role may include direct client showroom interactions for the right candidate.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Generate accurate invoices using QuickBooks and Buildertrend
Calculate fees to be invoiced including time, materials and management costs
Resolve billing errors
Maintain record of collected client payments and follow up on outstanding payments
Follow up with vendors to ensure all subcontractor invoices are in related to the specific project before finalizing an invoice
Update project estimates to include change orders and additional material/sub-contractor fees
Prepare client account statements
Contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely invoicing
Enter data to support the end-to-end client project
Work collaboratively with this fast-paced team to build client relations and deliver quality service
Skills:
Computer literate using Excel and Word.
Familiarity with QuickBooks and other financial systems a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
Great customer service skills to work with vendors and clients
Knowledge of data entry and record keeping
General administrating skills, managing email, tracking invoices and vendor follow-ups
A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
High school degree; BA degree in Marketing or related field a plus
Experience:
Accounting functions a plus, but willing to train
Retail sales, especially in flooring and design a plus
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
Open Monday – Friday.
Full-time hours: 9 – 5pm.
Part-time hours: flexible during showroom hours
Location:
This is an onsite role in Sedona, AZ. Candidates must be able to come into the office during showroom hours.
