Since 2005, Matador Coffee Roasting Co. has been Arizona's premier coffee roaster, bringing the highest quality coffee and tea to the region. We have 2 locations here in Flagstaff, as well as a wholesale operation.
Position: Wholesale Assistant
Monday-Friday
Early morning/day shift
10-20 hours/week
(specific schedule and number of hours somewhat negotiable)
Job Description:
-Assist the Roaster/Production Manager with fulfilling wholesale orders in our off-site warehouse/roastery
-Use of machinery for grinding, packing, bagging coffee and tea
-Taking inventory of and maintaining appropriate product back stock levels
-Occasional product deliveries, as needed (Must have valid driver's license w/ willingness to provide driving record)
Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or G.E.D.
-Able to lift at least 75 lbs.
-Ability to stand for long periods of time,
with frequent bending and kneeling
-Basic math and mechanical skills
-A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
-Be punctual, dependable, and flexible
-Able to maintain a clean workspace and work efficiently
-Attention to detail
-Able to take direction
