Pay
$17/Hr plus commissions and tips. Hours may vary on weekends depending on number of bookings. Minimum of 18 hours per week Friday-Sunday from 12p-6p.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate/Concierge to join our team. Looking for someone to provide exceptional customer service and driving sales through effective communication, product knowledge, and booking services. Knowledge of herbs, crystals, and metaphysical is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Operate our booking system for psychic services, aura photos, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Inventory management: restocking, organizing, displaying, tagging, entering, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Utilize phone etiquette to assist customers over the phone with inquiries or orders.
- Stay informed about current promotions and product features.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. Will train in the areas as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Ability to have flexible hours.
- A proactive attitude towards selling and promoting products is essential.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
