Licensed Real Estate Agent

I am looking for a real estate agent licensed in Arizona to help with my Flagstaff property management accounts. Pay will be 20% of the total fee I collect. Growing your own book of business is encouraged. Very flexible hours but duties will include scheduling and conducting walk-throughs, showing vacancies, errands as needed, scheduling maintenance, taking calls when I am out of phone service, drive-bys, tenant management etc. You will not be dealing with owners, accounting or doing office work.
