Seeking an experienced Office Manager for busy landscape company
Experience with QuickBooks preferred. Will be responsible for Customer Relations, Answering phones, taking detailed messages, Creating invoices, Job costing, Payroll, AP AR, monthly maintenance billing, ordering supplies for field and office. Receiving mail, filing and scanning of documentation, meeting preparation, writing up meeting agendas, following up on unresolved outside and inside issues. Company offers paid vacations and holidays
