Intermountain Plumbing & Mechanical is seeking a Dispatcher/Customer Service candidate to join our team! You will be responsible for managing customer relations, scheduling visits, maintaining excellent records and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:
-Schedule service calls
-Provide information about our products and services to customers
-Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
-Document and update customer records based on interactions
-Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Positive and professional demeanor
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Working knowledge of and experience using Microsoft Office products
Hours are 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday -Thursday and 7:00am - 1:00pm Friday. Must have reliable transportation.
