Customer Experience Assistant

Level 5 Publishing is looking for a passionate, goal-driven, creative problem-solver to join our team as an Executive Assistant for our Customer Success Department. Roles and Responsibilities:

The Job Duties for this role include assisting the Director of Customer Success in a multitude of tasks that impact the customer experience such as:

- Support on the creation of marketing events (in-person and virtual) including venue booking, event preparation, registration, fulfillment and general assisting. (This will require some travel at times).

- Facilitate communication between the company and our customers.

- Brainstorming and executing ideas to create an extraordinary customer experience.

- Working and managing the logistics for an incredible group of business coaches (booking travel & hotels, managing communication between them and the business, tracking their performance).

- Running online customer contests, giveaways, and competitions.

- Management of any upgrades/updates to our products & programs.

- Resolving some customer service problems. This includes clarifying the reason for the customer's request for assistance, diagnosing the problem and implementing the best/most efficient solution, as well as following up to ensure resolution.

- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Customer Experience Assistant Skills and Qualifications:

Event Planning & Marketing, Customer Service, General Computer & Social Media Skills, Creative Problem Solving, Hospitality, Documentation Skills, Listening, Conflict Resolution, Information Analysis, Multi-tasking.

Other Information:

We are ideally looking for someone who is available to work in the Sedona, AZ area at least 1-2 twice a week. A portion of this role can be done remotely, and we also work in-person weekly as a close-knit team.

This position will start at Part-Time (20-30 hours/week), with an opportunity for Full-Time status depending how things are going after the first 90 days. Certain months require full-time commitment and travel from this role to support in live events. There is expansion/growth available in regards to compensation & work hours within the company for the right person performing at a high level in this role.

Our headquarters are located in Sedona, AZ. Starting salary is $18 - $25/hour (for now, depending on prior experience & skills).
