Main properties: 2 BD/2 BA and a Studio with small kitchenette. Other possibilities if it works out is another 2 BD/2 BA in Sedona and another Studio in Cottonwood. Units do not allow pets or smoking. Easy single story clean that includes stripping/making beds but WE DO the laundry.
Own reliable transportation and good communication skills are a MUST.
