We’re seeking a motivated team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and master all aspects of field operations and execution.
This opening is for a part-time, qualified TULU Friend responsible for maintaining TULU’s unit, cleanliness of product rental products, and restocking inventory in our shop units. If you like to work with your hands, are super organized and systematic, and are passionate about delivering a great customer experience, we would love to meet you!
Working hours are 9 am - 5 pm
Job Description:
Weekly maintenance of TULU unit ( twice a week)
Cleaning and sanitizing items, restocking shop shelves.
Cleaning, fixing and operating products
Responsibilities:
TF app tracking and submitting open tasks
Deep clean of all clean once a week or based on usage
Shop - restocking and keeping track of inventory. Checking expiration dates on all shop items.
All item accessories and attachments check
Freezer and Fridge :
Restocking and keeping track of stock
Checking for expiration dates and reporting about expired products
Scooters:
Make sure every scooter has a helmet+lock
Check to see if they are charged
Take them on a ride to see if they are working properly
That anything isn't broken
All screws are tight and in place
Backroom:
Receiving package on behalf of TULU
Unboxing and organizing the backroom cabinet and the surrounding space.
Tracking inventory count and reporting back on low stock
Throw out any empty boxes and trash
Once a month, clean the door with a fiberglass towel (find it in the backroom)
Always check the trash cans and see that they are empty
