Shipping and Receiving ClerkThunder Mountain Bikes in beautiful Sedona Arizona is looking for a full-time Shipping & Receiving clerk to help receive and ship packages for our growing e-commerce operations. The right candidate will be a self-starter with high attention to detail. This is a full-time year-round position. Weekend work is required.E-Commerce Responsibilities:- Assist with day to day E-Commerce operations- Pack and ship all E-Commerce orders- Process returns, exchanges & refundsReceiving:- Responsible for receiving, back stocking, all incoming productAdditional Responsibilities:- Assist with in online inventory managementE-Commerce Requirements:- Two years of experience working in a bicycle retail environment- Comfortable answering phones and responding to customer questions via email- Extreme attention to detail- Strong desire to learn- Self-starter.- Proficient with Google Suite- Experience with Lightspeed Retail and E-Commerce platforms.
