We have a 4-bedroom home in Sedona that we will be renting out short-term whenever we're out of town. We need a reliable partner who can help us with regular cleaning (maybe 1-2 times a week) and who:
- pays really good attention to details, such as cleaning dust off of surfaces and under area rugs, checking for forgetting items in drawers, checking lights and replacing lightbulbs if needed, or reporting any damages at the house
- is always on time
- is good at communicating and keeping us updated on everything
