Pool & Spa Cleaner needed for Pool Service Company in Northern Arizona. We are looking for a dependable hard worker who is motivated and willing to grow with our company. We are only looking for serious and committed individuals to apply. We are interested in finding an individual who is looking for a long term position, no job hoppers or short term employees. If you do not have a stable job history, please do not apply, ie at least 2 years with previous employers. The Pool Cleaner will be driving a company truck and supplied tools needed. References will be checked. Random drug and alcohol test will be given.
MUST HAVE EXCELLENT ATTENDANCE AND ALWAYS BE ON TIME, TARDINESS AND CALLING IN SICK WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.
Must have good customer/ people skills. Customers will talk with you on a daily basis. You will be the face of the company in your service area. Clean appearance a must.
Job Description:
This is a year-round position. As a technician you will be cleaning pools and spas, maintaining proper water chemistry, checking pool equipment.
Requirements All Applicants Must:
Be reliable and be able to start each day no later than 7 am
Be able to tolerate the outdoors working in snow, rain and the Arizona heat
Be able to communicate with customers and office staff effectively and pleasantly
Be organized, have the ability to check email, and be able communicate with your supervisor daily
Have a valid AZ drivers license, and a clean driving record. Driving record required prior to interview. Minimum age is 18 and have no felony record.
Be able to supply verifiable employment references.
Be able to pass a drug / alcohol test and ongoing continual random testing.
Have a cell phone that can take and text pictures and email
