Hiring IMMEDIATELY a Laborer for my Off Grid, 43 acre Homestead, 9 miles NE of Valle (Grand Junction)!

PREFER: LOCALS or those with rv's, travel trailers, or campers!
We Do Prefer Locals because we are 1hour and 20 minutes from Flagstaff, and 40 minutes from downtown Williams, however we will be doing some work at my other property 16 miles from the I40 off HWY 64 in Williams.
I'm offering a Part-time Summer Position (24-30 hrs per week) Approximately 6 hours (+/-) per day depending on weather. As weather improves and day light gets longer hours can increase if you're looking for them. I am flexible and am looking for someone who is FLEXIBLE as well! Days may vary due to weather, and everyone's schedule.
I am selling my ranch and need help cleaning up around the property, loading and unloading, and moving things, just to name a few, and of course the daily/weekly chores such as the garden and the animals.
We will be moving most of my things to another property I own 15 miles north of the town of Williams, north of I40 off of HWY 64
I have ALL the tools we would need for the projects. I also have solar here, generators, water catchment, and his and hers composting toilets
YOU:
MUST HAVE: Your OWN WORKING Cell Phone (Verizon is the best out here)
MUST HAVE: Your OWN vehicle. We're off grid and 4 miles down an unmaintained dirt road, a car can make it if you
know how to drive off road!
YOU MUST: Take pride in your work, and pay attention to details!
MUST: Fill out Application, supply a copy of your drivers license, and Pass a background test (no theft, heavy drugs, or violence (if over 10 years old might be accepted) Prior to a "Meet n Greet".
MUST BE: Able to clean animal pens by yourself, push wheelbarrows, run a weed eater, dig holes, carry heavy rocks, ect.
MUST BE: Trustworthy, dependable, and honest
MUST BE: A team player and able to work independently
MUST BE: In VERY good physical condition
MUST BE: Able to lift 50+lbs (occasionally)!
We are at 6200' elevation. Right now the average temperatures are in the 60's in the daytime, and 40's at night. If you want to get a better idea of the current weather conditions, check out Valle, AZ. weather conditions, although we are 200' higher than Valle.
The National Forest is not to far from us where you can camp for free if you'd like.
State Trust Land is next door, however they do charge a fee for their permit.
We do rent out RV/Camper spots onsite if you would prefer. Camping spots start at $56 a week, paid upfront unless arrangements are made in Advance! We only allow a Limited number of pets at our camping spots (limited total on property). ALL RV's and Campers MUST be Self-Contained.
I REALLY am looking for someone local who LIVES IN VALLE, but not required
(This Job turns into a 1099 position if your pay reaches $600 in wages or more) So if you don't want to work for a 1099 position then I can only offer you 33.25 hours of work. PLEASE let me know if that's the case!
This is a 1099 position (unless you make under $600 total for the whole year)!
Pay Period is Monday through Sunday, Paid the following Friday and every Friday after that. Draws may be available
