Role Description
T3 Construction is looking for an experienced Lead Foreman to oversee our skilled carpenters in Flagstaff, AZ. As a full-time on-site role, the Lead Foreman will supervise and coordinate the work activities of construction crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The Lead Foreman will communicate and work closely with the Superintendent and direct T3 carpenters towards the work needing to be done, ordering materials, assisting in layout or marking out dimensions on-site for subcontractors or T3 Crew. It will be the Foreman's job to line out our carpenters on daily tasks, teach and train as needed and make sure all work is getting done at a high level of quality and efficiency.
Looking for someone who either owns their own business and is tired of the business side and just wants to focus on leading a good group of skilled craftsman and build cool projects.

Someone who has been working as a skilled craftsman for a while and is ready to advance their career and join a great Team.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications (Very Important!)
5+ years of experience as a Lead Carpenter
Excellent knowledge of construction procedures, tools and equipment.
Strong Leadership skills - able to teach and train others in a variety of trades
