Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
· 1-2 years building and grounds maintenance experience
· Great customer services skills
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Experience in a residential community a plus
· Ability to lift 50lbs or more
· Flexible scheduling, weekdays/weekends, holidays etc., and response to emergency calls
Responsibilities:
· Daily property inspections & reporting of any/all service issues to supervisor.
· Perform basic mechanical, electrical and grounds maintenance.
· Maintenance of common areas.
· Keep property/flower beds/parking areas/common areas free of all debris and trash.
· Pool inspection and maintenance (CPO a plus).
· Perform minor repairs, touch up painting, and minor irrigation repairs.
· Identify and report any safety issues to management.
