Hiring a full-time cleaner for our 24 unit property in Flagstaff, Arizona (Venture at Route 66) and occasionally turning units at our other Flagstaff properties in the area. $18/hour, 40 hours per week, Contract 1099 position. Seeking an experienced housekeeper who can preferably speak English and Spanish. Availability on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays (Wednesday/Saturday off).
Responsibilities Include:
-Prior Experience in housekeeping preferred
-Cleaning several units for a large short term rental property
-Outgoing and customer oriented personality
-Remove all trash cans around property and in units
-Laundry for items such as sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.
-Cleaning light fixtures, and removal of debris/trash from walkways, parking lot, and other areas on the premises.
-Preform general housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, straightening up furniture, and removal of waste.
-Flexibility to work hours provided
-Ability to work outdoors and work/drive in changing weather conditions
-Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures/appliances
-Sanitizing/Scrubbing bathroom (toilet, shower, etc.)
-Dusting Ceilings, tables and chairs
- Vacuuming/Sweeping/Mopping floors
-Home organization, staging, and beautification
-Turning units as guests check in and out
-Other duties as assigned
