Farmhand/Ranch Laborer

Job Title: Farmhand Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farmhand. WE REQUEST PREVIOUS FARMING EXPERIENCE AS A MUST. WE CURRENTLY DO NOT HAVE HOUSING OR CAMPING AVAILABLE. As a Farmhand, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and productivity of our farm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about agriculture and looking to contribute to the success of a thriving bio-dynamic farm. Responsibilities: - Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, including animal care, crop cultivation, and equipment operation. - Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, planting, weeding, and harvesting. - Ensure the cleanliness and organization of farm buildings, tools, and equipment. - Assist in the maintenance and repair of fences, irrigation systems, and other structures. - Monitor and report any issues or concerns regarding animal health and welfare. - Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - Collaborate with other team members to achieve farm goals and objectives. - Help with the loading and unloading of farm produce and supplies as needed. Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role or a strong interest in agriculture. - Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. - Basic knowledge of farming practices, including animal care and crop cultivation. - Familiarity with operating and maintaining farm equipment is a plus. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
