This position is with the Historic Preservation Training Center - Flagstaff Maintenance Action Team

We perform historic preservation projects for the National Park Service throughout the intermountain west. Our Team is
based out of Flagstaff, AZ - but on the road at different National Parks/Monuments approximately 70% of the time.
This position:
-Works as team member with highly skilled preservation trades people in the use of special tools and techniques to carry out preservation project tasks.
-Assists in research, investigates, evaluates, and records data pertaining to historic structures for the purpose of determining physical condition, construction methods and evolution, and architectural period and style.
-Assists higher level Exhibits Specialists with assignments gathering data on simple historic structures and assembling it into reports, treatment alternatives, and/or repair construction drawings, specifications, and other contract documents.
-Assists in the preparation of project scopes of work for small restoration/preservation projects.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.72 - $27.00 per hour
Travel, Per-Diem, Overtime available.
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
