What You'll Do:
Cleaning & Caretaking -
✅ Clean and maintain 2 Airbnb listings on 1 property.
✅ Follow the set schedule in regards to assigned cleaning duties for check-ins and check-outs.
✅ Identify and notify the team of issues, damages to property as well as items that need to be stocked.
✅ Travel to and from laundromat & property; or utilize your personal washer and dryer (will be paid more)
Messaging guests over 5 properties -
✅ Message guests proactively in a timely manner.
✅ Be a positive face of the team with customers showing outright hospitality!
Quality Control and Misc -
✅ Run errands as they arise.
✅ Quality control other properties.
✅ Be an all around rock star.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
✅ Be a conscientious person
✅ Self-starter attitude who can self-manage
✅ Housekeeping experience
✅ Vehicle in dependable shape with license
✅ Cell phone for communication while on job as well as submitting invoices and communicating with guests through apps.
✅ ✅ Must live in Sedona!
What You'll Receive:
✅ A living wage (pay is per turnover and comes out to approximately 25-30/hr)

✅ Dependable income (monthly pay averages $1250 per month, lowest is 1000 and highest month is 1500)
> Can take on additional support tasks for an extra 700-1000 a month
