ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pizza Dough Prep Cook your responsibility is to follow recipes and complete them to Company standards with the highest quality and craftsmanship while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitized work area.
RESPONSIBILITES FOR PIZZA DOUGH PREP
Prepares fresh pizza dough to high quality standards using large kneading machines
Ensures consistency in product and production of dough by following provided recipes
Makes and maintains dough quantity needed and requested by manager
Rotates dough in the cooler using First in, First Out system
Cleans and maintains workspace and all equipment used each shift
OTHER PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITES
Prepares food to the highest of quality by either following a set recipe or as directed by management
Putting food deliveries away and rotating stock in accordance with proper food safety standards.
Communicates well with kitchen staff and follows the prep list procedures list
Prepares food daily and carry out any further tasks as directed by Kitchen Manager
Keep overall cleanliness of kitchen as described on side worksheets
Follows opening, midday, and closing procedures for the position
Takes out all trash and boxes in the at the end of your shift
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
Be highly skilled cooking and preparing ingredients
Have excellent knife skills
Proven track record of adhering to recipe standards
Have a passion for working with high quality and fresh ingredients
Excel in a fast paced kitchen environment
