The Front Desk Clerk initiates the process of the hotel guests having a positive experience at the Muyawki Inn Providing exceptional customer service and quick response to all guest’s needs is the primary responsibility of this position.
Establish and maintains a professional, positive attitude with management, co-workers, and general public.
Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Maintain a neat and clean professional appearance.
Register guests according to their requirements.
Manage all guest’s concern promptly and efficiently.
Adhere to all procedures for the front desk as outlined by your supervisor.
Maintain availability to the guests at the front desk at all times.
Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner, transferring when necessary.
Ensure that the facility is kept in a clean and inviting physical appearance.
Inform management of all safety and incident concerns.
Reconcile daily accounts.
Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager.
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Food Handler's license preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience as a front desk clerk in the hospitality industry.
Ability to operate PMS and Verifone system.
