Looking for a team member who can deliver a high quality of customer service. Hotel experience is a plus. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for guest registration and room assignments, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Check-in: ensure each guest is greeted in a professional, friendly manner. Check-out: demonstrate prompt and accurate check-out procedures.
Maintain knowledge of hotel property, services and hours of operation. Ensure familiarity with hotel staff so guests may be referred to the appropriate department and personnel.
