The Tavern Hotel in Old Town Cottonwood is hiring for a Front Desk Agent. We are looking for dependable, team players with a friendly, courteous attitude, attention to detail and great customer service skills!
The Front Desk Team Members ensures that hotel guests receive hospitable and prompt service at check-in, during the stay, and upon departure, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Duties include but not limited to:
-Accurate and hospitable handling of guest reservation, check-in, check-out, payment, including credit card and cash handling procedures
-Prompt, friendly response to guest emails with follow-up to ensure satisfaction
-Clean and neat work station
-Keeping property clean to show a great first impression
-Assisting housekeeping with laundry
