Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for a food and beverage manager with a lot of interest in the hospitality industry and looking for a long time commitment. Must be well versed in budgets, inventory, scheduling, and especially training staff to the best of their potential, above all a good communicator is key. The job entails overseeing a hotel with a restaurant and three bars with live entertainment, hours run from 3pm til midnight. Must have a genial personality and like working in a family run business, we are a historic property with potential for growth for anyone with an interest in that type of property.
