Assistant to a Special-Events Bartender
This position pays $17.85 per hour plus tips. But it is VERY part time (about 1 day per MONTH).
Job Description:
You will be attending various special events: corporate events, social events, and mostly weddings. You will help the bartender set everything up for the bar. You will help bring in all the sodas, mixers, beer, wine, spirits, and ice. You will assist the bartender for the duration of the party. You will make drinks. You will help the bartender clean everything up at the end of the party. Your work day will typically be 8-9 hours.
The perfect candidate for this job has the following qualifications:
Bartending experience is preferred, but not necessary. We can train.
MUST be at least 19 years old.
MUST be able to carry 40-50 lbs. If you have an injured back or knee this probably won’t be a good job for you. The most difficult part of this job is the heavy lifting.
MUST be able to attend events on SATURDAYS, most events are on SATURDAYS.
NAU /CCC students welcome to apply, but it is preferred that you will still be living in Flagstaff for the next two years.
Is willing to work events during the summer.
MUST be able to be on time to events.
MUST be friendly, professional, and appreciative to all party guests.
