About Us: Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of restaurant operations. As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold company standards.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative tasks
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitability
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, sanitation, and safety standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
