Warehouse Receiving Associate
Location: Cottonwood, AZ
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM (flexibility needed)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Receiving Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and logging incoming shipments, and ensuring all products are accounted for and in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming shipments to verify the accuracy and quality of the items received.
Documentation: Accurately document all received items, including entering data into an Excel spreadsheet and photographing any damage.
Quality Control: Check for any damages or discrepancies and document them.
Organization: Organize and store received items in designated warehouse areas, ensuring that they are easily accessible and properly labeled.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or receiving role is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
Skills: Forklift driving experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional overtime as needed to meet business demands.
