Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NoneJob Family: Program ManagementGeneral Dynamics Federal Health Sector is actively seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Veterans Administration large data analytic activities. You will be trusted to collaborate with customers, Subject Matter Experts and all other team members to coordinate the creation and execution of unique analytic and research methodologies within a large cloud-based analytic environment. You will be responsible for managing the program operations and deliverables, managing resources and budget, coordinating project activities, providing assistance to external customers and internal team members, monitoring and reporting, performing quality checks on final products and assisting with data procurement. This is a remote based role; applicants must reside in the United States.This is a remote based role; applicants must reside in the United States.In this role, a typical day will include:Coordinate development tasks, track project management plan status, oversee daily operations.

Analyze data product requirements, data requests and deliverable to ensure requests are delivered as expected.

Build relationships with the client and external customers/partners to ensure deliverables are complete and accurate.

Serve as liaison between the team and end users.

Maintain documentation.

Monitor timeliness of data request processing and delivery.

Track multiple data program metrics, milestones and daily status to ensure customers receive accurate data and information.

Continually assess processes for improvements and efficiencies.

Participate in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:Master's Degree (M.S.) in health informatics or related field preferred; plus 6+ years of experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

6+ years' experience with project coordination.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including issue resolution and conflict management.

Must have analytic capability.

High proficiency with MS Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Experience with telecommuting, working from a home office.

Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to coordinate team members and facilitate work.

Strong time management and organization skills.

Ability to operate with general direction/minimal supervision.

Demonstrated ability to produce results.

Ability to understand technical requirements of applications used in the data dissemination process.
