Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the logistics operations of the company, including transportation planning, order fulfillment, and warehouse management
- Effectively optimize and organize warehousing of finished goods, raw materials and more
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize shipments to customers
- Continuously monitor and evaluate logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for cost reduction and increased productivity.
- Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Supervise a team of logistics and warehouse employees including forklift drivers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations.

Experience:
- Proven experience in logistics management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with transportation planning, order fulfillment, and distribution center operations.
- Proficiency in using logistics software systems and Excel (Quickbook Pro preferred/willing to train)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams and willing to participate with crew
- Must be able to carry at least 50lbs (no previous back injuries)
- Solid understanding of operations management concepts and continuous improvement methodologies.
