Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Location Center Manger(LCM) who wants to be part of a growing company. Rotech offers full benefits and generous vacation days. Rotech Healthcare specializes in the delivery, setup, and service of durable medical equipment(Oxygen/CPAP/Bipap/ventilators/wheelchairs/beds/etc.) and respiratory supplies.
Job Responsibilities:
Rotech's Location Center Managers are responsible for day-to-day management of location operations. LCM's responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the below:
-Exercises management principles to ensure profitability, control assets, and communicate company philosophy and objectives to the staff and community.
-Ensure all staff adheres to and implements all company policies and procedures.
-Maintains ongoing communication with company staff, Billing Department, senior management, and / or
corporate staff as required. Participates in regional/local meetings as requested.
-Ensures location Account Executives maintain relationships with key referral sources and maintains key accounts.
