FLAGSTAFF-ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR LARGE APARTMENT
COMPLEX.
Responsible for showing & leasing apartments, processing all new tenant
applications, coordinating ready repairs, processing rents, inspecting
vacant apartments, inspecting grounds, issuing violation notices,
responding to complaints and data entry with spectra software.
Full time, Monday thru Friday, 8 am. to 5 pm. Salary is $1,650 per month,
plus free apt, free utilities, free health insurance. IRA retirement plan available. NO DOGS OR CATS allowed.
Must live on site, have a driver's license, auto insurance, no DUI's in the
last 5 years, no felonies, a valid Social security no. or an I-9. Must have
