We are seeking a Full Time Accountant whose responsibilities will include the following:
Responsible for overall accuracy of client General Ledgers:
- Reconciliation duties to encompass Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accrued Liability and Owner Equity accounts
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Prefer someone who has at least 5+ years experience in bookkeeping and/or associates degree in Accounting
Computer Skills:
- To perform this job successfully, the candidate should have an intermediate-level of experience in using Microsoft Office; which includes MS Word and Excel
Accounting Software:
- Candidates preferred with some experience with the suite of Thomson Reuters/Intuit software products; specifically ACS, QuickBooks Desktop, QuickBooks Enterprise and QuickBooks Online (navigation and functionality) desirable
Other Skills:
- Experience working with small businesses across various industries highly desirable
- Ability to multi-task and work through client issues
