This role involves setting up machines, monitoring their operation, and ensuring that products are produced efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.We offer :Great competitive wages : $20 - $22Position : Structural Welder!Location : El Mirage, AZShift : Monday - Thursday / 3 pm - 2 : 30 amAsk about our benefits!Key Responsibilities :Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on structural steel components according to project specifications.Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.Operate welding machines and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.Work closely with other welders, fabricators, and supervisors to meet project timelines and quality standards.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training in welding is preferred.Proven experience as a structural welder, with a minimum of 2 years in the industry.Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.Knowledge of safety standards and practices in a welding environment.Must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as neededPhysical Requirements :Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 pounds).Stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.Work in various conditions, including outdoor and indoor environments.We look forward to connecting with you.
