A company in the global communications industry is looking for a Tier 2 Help Desk Technician to add to their growing team. This individual will be focused on providing support on escalated tickets for over 3,600 end users spread around the globe. They have a mixed Windows and Mac environment and will be working heavily with O365 and Active Directory administration. This role will be primarily remote, but the candidate must be based in the greater Phoenix area so they can go onsite to meetings & trainings at their Chandler office as needed Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2+ years of IT Support experience
- Prior experience working with:
- Windows
- Mac
- M365
- Active directory
- Ticketing systems
- Prior experience troubleshooting mobile devices, computers, and tablets
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- High energy level and positive attitude
- JAMF experience is a big plus
