Description Fantastic boutique personal injury firm has partnered with Robert Half Legal in their search for a hybrid or remote Pre-litigation Personal Injury Paralegal/Assistant. Duties/Requirements:
Comfortable wearing many hats
AZ PI experience
Manage client correspondence- follow up with client
Open claim, property damage, send rep letter, Medicare lien letter, order medical records
Experience drafting medical record summary and demand
Experience with: Mycase and Chartswap
Draft PI complaint
Draft settlement sheet, coordinate releases, and assist with lien negotiation.
