Our priority is you.ResponsibilitiesAs a Nurse Resident, or New Grad RN, you’ll make the transition from practicing procedures as a student to becoming a professional nurse. You’ll build trust with your clinical preceptor and patients as you practice classroom concepts in real-time. Our residency program establishes your position as a reliable resource and helpful supporter of patients and families.Success in this role comes from your enthusiasm to help others and to put your classroom experience into practice. You’re in patient rooms, quickly rotating between immediate needs and check-ins to provide patient care while being monitored by your preceptor

Open to learning more about the business and operational practices in our facility

Develop patient advocate skills through observance and practice

Build your nursing skills as you learn to put your education into practice with actual patients

Start of Program 3.2.2025QualificationsMinimum

Completion of board approved nursing program.

AZ or Compact RN License- you must have a current RN license the week prior to program start date

Current Healthcare Provider AHA BLS completion card.

Preferred

BSN program completion preferred.

Nurse extern I program completion
