This individual will report directly to the division Vice President and General Manager as a member of the Launch and Missile Defense Systems division leadership team.Responsibilities:In this role, the Integration Manager oversees and manages division-level cadence and operational affairs within the leadership team. Additionally, the Integration Manager is the focal point for communication and collaboration with Sector operations and functionals for division engagement and reviews with sector leadership.The candidate must understand division objectives, ensure all activities are aligned with these objectives, and support efficient execution to achieve these objectives. This requires the ability to process large amounts of information, synthesizing, and integrating to meet various leadership team needs. This role is uniquely positioned to have insight into operations across all aspects of our business to include strategy.Specific areas of responsibility include:
Lead and manage division reviews with Sector, including producing and integrating materials to address data requests, and reviews.
Establish and strategically review the operating rhythm for the division Vice President and General Manager and division leadership team.
Anticipate and manages the materials, data and presentation needs for upcoming meetings.
Drive execution of strategic initiatives and division operating objectives.
Prepare monthly forecasts and Operation Review packages and analysis for senior management.
Prepare and report out daily escalation and weekly program reports.
May assist division leadership team members on initiatives tied to sustainability, capital expenditures, safety and operation efficiency review boards, etc.
Lead internal special projects as requested by the division Vice President and General Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 9 years relevant experience; or Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to create, track and meet schedules, and timelines.
Proven experience in prioritizing, multi-tasking, and effective problem-solving.
Experience analyzing information and identifying relevant aspects of data.
Demonstrated communication skills both verbal and written.
Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others, including ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.
Ability to effectively lead diverse teams that are geographically dispersed and having direct and indirect reporting relationships.
Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret level security clearance (US citizenship is a prerequisite).
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with added emphasis on advanced PowerPoint and Excel data analysis and management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Well-developed people leadership skills with a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
Active Secret security clearance, or higher.
Salary Range: $108,400 - $162,600The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
