Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, United States. This role includes providing support to end-users, maintaining the company's IT network, servers and security systems, and being responsible for investigating and diagnosing network problems, and making recommendations for improving our systems. Responsibilities: Provide Level 3 helpdesk support to end-users, managing up to 300 tickets. Act as a junior system administrator, managing system updates and configurations. Monitor and maintain the Microsoft shop fortinet and halo for ticketing. Utilize skills with Meraki tools for troubleshooting and network management. Travel to different company locations as needed for system installations and troubleshooting. Maintain an onsite presence at the company to provide immediate support and assistance. Ensure the smooth operation of end-user access to systems. Work on projects as needed to upgrade or install new hardware or software. Collaborate with other IT professionals to address and prevent network issues. Provide training and guidance to other team members and end-users on troubleshooting basic issues. Requirements Proficiency in Meraki software and its applications Experience in providing end-user support Strong understanding of desktop operating systems Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Familiarity with network configuration and management Excellent communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical users Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Demonstrated problem-solving abilities Experience in documenting procedures and maintaining service records Willingness to continually update skills and knowledge in the field of IT support Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service orientation.
