Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant to be part of our team in Chandler, Arizona. Responsibilities: Regularly collaborate with other administrators, management, and clients to address queries and provide necessary information. Employ strong decision-making skills to handle daily tasks and administrative decisions. Maintain a high level of organizational skills to ensure no appointments or deadlines are missed. Write professional emails, letters, and documents, ensuring correct spelling and grammar. Reflect positively on the company through professional written communication, including social media posts. Monitor employee benefit accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to employee benefits. Collaborate with other support personnel to ensure smooth operation of the business. Utilize administrative management skills to ensure efficient handling of administrative tasks.Requirements Proficiency in administrative assistance, administrative management, and back office support is required. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Advanced knowledge of benefits administration software and HRIS is preferred. Must have a strong understanding of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration. Candidates should have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required. Experience in benefits negotiation and vendor management is a plus. Familiarity with benefits compliance and reporting requirements is necessary. Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
