This RN will assess patient/family health problems and resources taking a leadership role in the development implementation and outcomes evaluation of a plan for nursing care. Position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the organization. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. Two (2) years of Nursing experience. Additional years of experience as required by specialty area(s).
ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent
Telemetry Experience
Current AZ State RN License in good standing.
Current American Heart Asssoication BLS and ACLS card.
Additional Certification and Licensures as required by specialty area(s).
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Basic Computer Skills including MS Office Suites
