Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in Chandler, Arizona. This role involves providing technical support and ensuring the efficient operation of desktop systems within our organization. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues including hardware and software Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Mac Computers and Microsoft systems Maintain and manage Active Directory, ensuring all systems are correctly configured and updated Provide Deskside Support to users, assisting with installations, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management Deploy new equipment and software to users, ensuring optimal configurations and installations Manage tickets, ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner Provide support for Office 365, ensuring optimal performance and user experience Assist with server support, ensuring optimal operation and resolving any issues as they arise Stay updated with system information, changes and updates. Requirements Proficiency in Mac Computers is required. Must have strong Microsoft skills. Experience with Active Directory is essential. Must have a solid understanding of Computer Hardware. Experience with Configuration Management is necessary. Deployment skills are required. Deskside Support skills are a must. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively. Must have the ability to work under pressure. Must be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools. Must have a professional attitude and work ethic. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion. Experience in IT support is a plus.
