Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in Chandler, Arizona, for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This role is vital to our operations in the logistics and food industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. Responsibilities: Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer credit records Resolving customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner Monitoring customer credit accounts regularly Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data tracking and reporting Leveraging strong computer aptitude for efficient task completion Gaining familiarity with AR aging processes and applying this knowledge in daily tasks Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations in the logistics and food industry Continuously improving skills in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Microsoft Excel. Requirements The candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel is required. The individual should have solid knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable (AR). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. The candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is vital. The candidate must have strong attention to detail and accuracy. The candidate should have exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. The applicant must have a strong understanding of basic accounting principles. The candidate should have the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
