Perform complex, diversified and specialized secretarial/administrative work for site leadership or functional unit staff

Prepare and type memoranda, letters and reports

Create computer forms, templates and tables

Compile statistical data

Arrange meetings, luncheons and seminars

Coordinate or prepare a wide variety of complex financial and operational reports

Responsible for ordering office supplies and other miscellaneous purchases

Prepare agendas and transcribe and distribute minutes of committees, commissions and meetings

Coordinate travel, including air, hotel and car rentals; as well as process expense reports

Interpret established policy and provide information for the resolution of problems

Set up and maintain complex electronic and paper filing systems

Perform other duties as required

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications

Five (5) years of Administrative/Secretarial experience

Preferred

High School diploma or GED

Bookkeeping Experience

Intermediate in Excel

Criteria/Conditions

Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English

Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards

Must be able to work in a potentially stressful environment

Position is in busy, non-smoking office

Location requires mobility in an office environment

Occasionally work will be performed in a mine, outdoor or manufacturing plant setting, which may include exposure to extremes in temperature and humidity, moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, toxic chemicals, explosives, fumes or airborne particles

Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk

Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds

Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed, respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required

What We Offer YouThe estimated pay range for this role is currently  $26.00- $36.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors.
