This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing direct care to behavioral health patients.About the Client: Our client is a leading non-profit, fully integrated healthcare organization offering a wide range of behavioral health services throughout Arizona. Their programs include residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services. They are recognized for their innovative, evidence-based approaches to treating individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.Position Overview: As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will play a critical role on the multi-disciplinary treatment team, providing direct care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), either in-person or via telehealth. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the safety of the assigned unit, identifying and addressing both environmental and patient-specific safety concerns, and collaborating with the RN and other supervisory personnel to maintain a secure and therapeutic environment.Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred.

Minimum of 6 months of healthcare-related experience, with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations.

Must be at least 21 years old.
