You'll report to the Account Manager Supervisor.What You'll Be DoingManage customer accounts for personal insurance policies, including renewals, rewrites, and additions.Communicate with clients through multiple channels—phone, email, chat, and text—to ensure efficient service.Use multiple insurance systems to access and manage policy information.Provide consultative guidance on insurance products, helping customers understand their options and make informed decisions based on their needs.Cross-sell additional lines of business (e.g., auto, home, and umbrella) by identifying opportunities to enhance coverage.Assist third parties (such as mortgage companies or lienholders) with policy documentation and changes.Collaborate with other teams to provide a seamless and positive customer experience.Stay current on industry trends and regulations to better serve clients and maintain compliance.Participate in ongoing training to improve your knowledge.Contributing to a fun, collaborative team environment where customer focus and teamwork are top priorities.
