Location: Halfway between Soldotna & Kenai. About 4 miles from Soldotna, and 6.5 miles from Kenai off the Kenai Spur Hwy.
- You will LEARN valuable skills on this job it's not just about having a strong back.
- Residential tenant repairs, under supervision; keep the tenants happy
- Summer Cleanup: BUT COULD very well TURN OUT TO BE PERMANENT, FULL-TIME - depends on YOU.
- Help with cleaning up brush, slash, debris, uprooted tree stumps, litter, trees already cut down around grounds;
- Bush- and weed-whacking;
- Lifting & carrying supplies, tools, equipment;
- Driving to & from the dump with Company truck
Helpful to have had a little experience in these trades:
-Basic Plumbing
-Plywood floor replacement/flooring install
-Painting
-Drywall hanging/finishing
Background Checks required, alcohol-free, drug-free, cannabis-free worksite.
Be honest, trustworthy, have common sense, know how to operate basic maintenance tools (drills, saws, etc.), don't lollygag around waiting for someone to tell you what to do next, ask questions if you don't know.
Have: Reliable transportation with lawful insurance, Driver's license, clean driving record, cell phone.
