We are a small working farm with a live in caretaker position available. Duties include caretaking of animals, driving the company van, minor repair work typically found around a farm, maintenance, and mechanical work.
Hours needed coverage are as follows:
8:15 am - 10: 15 am Monday - Friday
8 pm - 9 pm Monday - Sunday
9 am - 1 pm Saturday - Sunday
Not all shifts will be covered by you and we are extremely flexible in coverage but you must be available at least some of those hours available to apply for this position.
We are looking for a team player. This is a fun job, but there is physical work so you must be able to comfortably lift 30 pounds and be ok working outside in the elements. This isn't a job to sit on your phone all day. You also must have a valid drivers license, working phone (for communication), and the ability to show up punctually.
We only are accepting applicants that are able to live on site at this time. You will need AWD or 4WD to access the property.
Pay to be determined on experience and taking into consideration that we will provide housing and cover all utilities. We are a small company of like minded individuals so we're looking for the right fit. Open to negotiating so that it is a mutually beneficial relationship for all.
