Are you looking to spend the summer exploring the best of Alaska's cuisine? We are looking for a talented and motivated chef to join our team. this position will be primarily boat based on our outpost vessel the "Peregrine", but will also include doing some catered events in Homer.
Job Title: Executive Chef
Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal

Physical Setting: Vessel Based and Homer Based
Schedule: May 15 to October 1
Qualifications:
Head Chef or Primary Chef Experience
Experience sourcing, building menus, and customer-facing presentation
Experience in a kitchen aboard a vessel is preferred
Pride and Passion in your culinary art
Cleanliness
Good References
