The Operations Supervisor directs the primary function of at least one unit in the Deposit Section of a small to medium size branch.

>Manage daily branch operations.

>Promote the highest level of service to customers through coaching, mentoring, training of staff.

>​Ensure branch operations comply with bank policy, procedures, and banking regulations.

​ >Maximize branch profitability by directing and participating in activities to promote growth.

>​Call on potential or existing customers to develop and/or retain business.

>​Maintain branch security and minimizes branch losses and/or risk or exposure to losses.

>​Assist the Branch Manager in achieving and maintaining a satisfactory audit rating or better.

​ >Research and resolve out of balance conditions, customer discrepancies and errors, and ensure consumer complaints

are immediately directed to the appropriate person in accordance with the Bank’s Consumer Complaint Policy.

​ >Ensure proper completion of proof and review functions within the branch.

Education and/or Experience Required

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and two years bank operations/deposit experience; OR, four years related bank operations/deposit experience; Or, equivalent combination of education/training and experience. Six months in a lead or supervisory capacity. Preferred: Sales experience. In addition, word processing and spreadsheet software experience is required, as well as the ability to handle highly confidential information, frequent deadlines, and time constraints.
